김정임 Jeong-Im Kim
주식회사 서로아키텍츠(Seoro Architects) 대표이사.
연세대학교 건축공학과와 동대학원을 졸업하였으며 건축가 김인철, 서혜림, 유걸의 사무소에서 20여년간 다양한 실무를 경험하고 2012년 서로아키텍츠를 설립, 마스터플랜과 건축설계, 인테리어 디자인, 오피스플래닝 등 다양한 스케일의 작업을 해오고 있다. 현대사회를 구성하는 요소들간의 상호작용과 관계성을 고찰하고 다양한 사용풍경을 담는 총체적환경(Holistic Environment)을 만드는 것에 흥미가 있다.
대표작으로는 서울스퀘어, 삼성전자 서울 R&D캠퍼스 디자인센터 내부공간설계, NEW논현사옥, 라테라스 한남, 애월_펼쳐진집, 양천공원 책쉼터 등이 있으며, 배재대 하워드관, 라테라스 한남으로 건축문화대상을 애월_펼쳐진집으로 제주건축문화대상, 양천공원 책쉼터로 서울시 건축상과 대한민국 공공건축상 대상을 수상하였다. 2017년부터 2019년까지 서울시교육청 '꿈을 담은 교실만들기 사업'의 총괄건축가로 활동하며 교육공간혁신에 대한 사회적 관심을 이끌어 냈으며, 서울시 공공건축가 및 건축정책위원, 국가건축정책위원 등을 역임하며 공공분야에서의 활동도 이어가고 있다.
Kim Jeong Im, principal of Seoro Architects, has been practicing in various scales of mater plans, architectural design, interior design and space display etc. She is interested not only in focusing and considering on dynamics and relationship between diverse elements in modern society but in reflecting them in architectural space. NEW Headquarter, Seonjeongneung Neighborhood Facility, Samsung Seoul Campus Design Center, Seoul Square (previously called “Daewoo Builidng”) renovation, Cheil Worldwide Office planning, Cheil Worldwide lower level re-innovation, Paichai University Howard Hall, Deco-netishion Office building and Hannam-dong La Terrasse are her selected major works.
She graduated from Graduate School of Architecture in Yonsei University and won an award for excellence in Korean Architecture Award in 2011 with Paichai University Howard Hall and 2013 with hannam-dong La Terrasse.

김석천 Seok-Cheon Kim
주식회사 서로아키텍츠(Seoro Architects) 공동대표.
2000년에 건축 실무를 시작하여 BIM 등 다양한 디지털기술을 활용하여 건축설계의 가능성을 넓혀왔으며 2014년부터 아이아크건축사무소의 책임건축사로 활동하다 2021년 서로아키텍츠의 공동대표로 취임하였다. 도시와 우리의 삶이 다양한 형식으로 관계를 맺을 수 있는 다해석적 공간에 관심을 갖고 있다. 대표작으로는 연희_Breathing Factory, DB생명 인재개발원 본관 리모델링 및 신관, 평택외국인 임대주택단지와 성수동지식산업센터 등이 있다.
서울시립대학교 건축공학과를 졸업하였고 2019년 연희화학공장(연희_Breathing Factory)으로 4차산업혁명 시대 공장에 대한 새 지평을 열었다는 평가를 받으며 한국건축문화대상 민간부분 대상(대통령상)을 수상하였고 2018년 DB생명 인재개발원 신관으로 건축문화대상 우수상을 수상하였다.
With more than 20 years of design and building information modeling experience, Seokcheon Kim has been pioneering and gradually expanding BIM scope of work to his practice since the early 2000s in Korea. Recognized widely for his effort to utilize BIM, including the integration of new technologies in the field of architecture and a keen interest in the relationship between urban structure and human behavior, he is the recipient of numerous design awards and accolades. Having joined the Seoro family (2021), Seokcheon continues to foster the design capacity and incorporate new technologies into the practice.
