다공성
혁신은 각 개인의 물리적 합이 아닌 화학적 합에서 도출된다. 다공성은 AI산업의 혁신거점으로서 사용자들이 일상적/비일상적 교류를 통해 창의적 소통과 협업이 가능하도록 하는 공간적 장치이자 양재천과 우면산, 공원으로 둘러싸이 외부 생태환경에 반응하고 관입시키기 위한 성질이다.
Porosity
Innovation is derived by the chemical combination between individuals, not by the physical. Porocity is the key_point of the AI industry, making users to communicate thier everyday non-daily life. The Porosity is an architectural method, surrounded by outside ecology to react. It induces the user themselves to share the creatvie thoughts and to co-work.

업무공간에서 쉽게 나가서 자연을 조우할 수 있는 그린 테라스와 발코니는 남측면의 차양장치로도 기능하며, 쾌적한 시각환경과 열환경을 만드는 소규모 실내정원 등을 건물 전체에 분포시켜 사용가능하고 지속가능한 녹색 환경으로 계획하였다
Green
There is an space that can be easily accessed from the working space and meet the nature. The Green Terrace can be used for shading the sunlight from the south and make pleasent visual, thermal environments. Small size indoor-terrace is spreaded out the whole building so it can be more usable and sustainable.
플랫폼
앵커시설로서 저층부는 주변에서 쉽게 접근하여 이용할 수 있고 관련업 종사자들의 교류와 네트워킹을 지원하는 다양한 프로그램으로 구성되어 지역의 R&D 플랫폼으로 기능한다. 이는 상부 업무공간으로 수직적으로 확장되어 사용자들간 활발한 상호작용이 이루어지는 생태계와 같은 지식의 숲을 이룬다.
Platform
The Lower floor of the building can be easily entered from anyplace nearby. and it works as a networking space that supports the workers who works in similar industry, composed of various program performing as and local R&D platform.
The space is extended to the workspace at the upper-floor and compose an ecology that derives the active communication between people, like a forest.
