구미동 아델하임
구미동 아델하임은 gate community로서 보안, 유지관리, 주민편의시설 등 경제적으로 개인이 부담하기 힘든 문제를 공동으로 해결하면서 단독주택이 갖는 장점을 최대한 살리도록 계획되었다.
분당의 빌라들이 군집한 타운의 끝자락에 산과 접해 있는 대지로 도시계획에 의해 접지형 타운하우스로 건축방식이 제한된 대지이다. 불곡산 자락에 위치한 대지는 경사가 심하여 전체 대지에 6개 레벨의 인공지반을 형성하고 각 레벨을 두 세대가 공유하도록 하였다. 상부에는 공용의 외부공간과 단독주택형식의 주호를 배치하고 하부에는 채광와 환기가 가능한 다목적실과 주차장을 두어 데크 구조물의 상부와 하부가 개구부와 계단, 조경 등으로 연속적 시퀀스를 형성하도록 계획하였다.
Adelheim Gumidong, a gate community, is planned to maximize the single housing’s benefits by solving the difficult issues that burden to individual residents such as security, maintenance, and resident amenities.
Since the site is located at the skirt of Bulgok Mountain on steep slope, 6 artificial ground levels were built entire site and two units share each level. Public outdoor space and main separate housing placed on upper level, and the multi-purpose room with natural light and air ventilation and parking lot are on lower level. These placements result the three dimensional continued sequence of openings, staircases and landscape.
